Mr. Femi Badejo currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a seasoned leader, pastor, and financial professional whose life and work exemplify integrity, fervent service, and strategic foresight. He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London. He is an also alumnus of LIFE Theological Seminary and the prestigious Haggai Institute in Hawaii, USA.

Over the course of a successful banking career, he served in key leadership positions at United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, managing branches in Ibadan, Abeokuta, and Ijebu-Ode, among others. His financial and organisational expertise continue to inform his approach to governance and resource stewardship.

As a pastor, Rev. Adegbesan, committed more than 30 years to full-time ministry within the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria before his retirement in October 2023. Commonly referred to as “Kabiyesi of Foursquare”, Rev. Adegbesan’s leadership trajectory includes serving as Pastor, District Overseer, and eventually Southwest Regional Coordinator, overseeing 36 districts and more than 1,200 churches. His tenure was marked by visionary expansion, infrastructure development (including the construction of gender-specific convention hostels), and cross-regional coordination. He has also played influential roles in national church leadership as Convention Chairman and PFN State Vice-Chair for Oyo State.

A protégé of the late Rev. (Dr.) Wilson Badejo, Rev. Adegbesan has been a long-standing supporter of the foundation - spearheading initiatives like the St. Peter’s School (Abatan) renovation project. Rev. Adegbesan’s dual background in ministry and finance uniquely positions him to lead the foundation with both empathy and strategic discipline - ensuring that the foundation’s values are preserved while its impact continues to be amplified in empowering communities and transforming lives. He is happily married with children.
