Mr. Femi Badejo serves as the vice chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a former professional athlete, business technologist, and entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lincoln University (USA) and an MBA in Business Analytics from Drexel University (USA).

He possesses extensive experience working in leadership roles for multinational corporations, non-profit organisations, and startup companies. He brings to bear strong business acumen spanning across corporate strategy, business development, marketing, data & analytics, operations, project management, and digital product development. He is currently a product management leader at The Vanguard Group, Inc. His previous work experience includes various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Blueminc Management Consulting, Inc. and The Devereux Foundation.

Mr. Badejo is also the co-owner of YBE Consulting Inc., a strategy advisory firm that provides business consulting services to small and medium enterprise clients. He serves as a board director at MGPS Acuitas International. He is happily married and blessed with children.
