Mr. Femi Badejo currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a dynamic and strategic leader whose rare blend of business acumen, technological fluency, and organisational insight enables him to bridge strategy and execution with exceptional effectiveness. His career encompasses senior leadership roles across corporate strategy, data and analytics, business development, and digital technology within global corporations, startups, and nonprofits - including JPMorgan Chase & Co., The Vanguard Investment Management Group, Blueminc Management Consulting, and The Devereux Foundation.

Mr. Badejo is the co-owner of YBE Consulting Inc., a boutique consulting firm that provides bespoke services in strategic and business model guidance, financial modelling, go-to-market strategy, capacity building, and productivity acceleration to SMEs and startups.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lincoln University (USA), an MBA in Business Analytics from Drexel University (USA), and multiple professional and management certifications. He serves on various corporate and nonprofit boards and is a devoted husband and proud father.
