Mr. Femi Badejo currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. A former professional athlete early in his career, Mr. Badejo is a dynamic and strategic leader who brings to his leadership a distinctive combination of competitive discipline, business acumen, technological fluency, and organisational insight. His experience as an athlete helped shape resilience, teamwork, performance mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure that continue to inform his approach to leadership and execution.

His career encompasses senior leadership roles across corporate strategy, data and analytics, business development, and digital technology within global corporations, startups, and nonprofits - including JPMorgan Chase & Co., The Vanguard Investment Management Group, Blueminc Management Consulting, and The Devereux Foundation. Across these diverse environments and beyond, he has developed an aptitude for connecting strategy with execution and translating complex challenges into opportunities for innovation, growth, and meaningful impact.

Mr. Badejo is the co-owner of YBE Consulting Inc., a boutique consulting firm that provides bespoke services in strategic and business model guidance, financial modelling, go-to-market strategy, capacity building, and productivity acceleration to SMEs and startups.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lincoln University (USA), an MBA in Business Analytics from Drexel University (USA), and multiple professional and management certifications. He serves on various corporate and nonprofit boards and is a devoted husband and proud father.
